Luther's Lifetime Collision Repair Warranty
Luther Collision & Glass guarantees all workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. We will correct any repairs listed on the repair invoice that are deemed to be defective as a result of our workmanship. This guarantee excludes damage from rust, improper maintenance, use or care of the vehicle. This warranty applies to labor only. Materials, parts and equipment covered by the manufacturers warranty are not included in this warranty.
Paintless Dent Repair Warranty
Each Paintless Dent Repair specialist is fully trained with the latest techniques and equipment to meet Luther Collision & Glass repair standards. We offer a lifetime warranty on all workmanship associated with Paintless Dent Repair to the original vehicle owner.
Luther's Auto Glass Warranty
Your auto glass replacement is warranted against any defective materials, workmanship, and water or air leaks for as long as you own your vehicle except in cases where rust or other body defects are evident before customer-authorized replacement or repair takes place.
If a windshield chip repair fails to meet your expectations, the entire cost of the repair will be applied towards a glass replacement performed by Luther Collision & Glass.
Caring For Your Vehicle's Paint
New paint may take up to 3 months to fully cure. We recommend you use a touchless car wash or soft cloth during this time and do not apply wax or sealant. Use care to keep the finish free of any materials that may stain the finish.
Warranty Exclusions
The Luther Collision & Glass warranty may not be transferred. This warranty is valid only to the original vehicle owner. Warranty repairs performed by anyone other than Luther Collision & Glass without prior approval may invalidate the warranty. Luther Collision & Glass will repair all labor related items considered defective that are associated with the original repairs performed on the vehicle. Imperfections identified as a result of vehicle misuse or improper maintenance, rust repair and normal vehicle wear and tear are not warranted. Materials, parts and equipment covered by the manufacturer's warranty are not included in the warranty. Original repair receipt is required at the time of any warranty related claim. All warranty related adjustments pertaining to prior vehicle repairs must be presented to a Luther Collision & Glass center along with the warranty registration and original receipt of work performed.
